Deeply Affordable Housing

We Don’t Screen People Out — We Welcome Them Home.

Alliance builds and manages deeply affordable housing for people earning very low incomes, with criminal histories, or with past evictions. Alliance is often either residents’ last chance to avoid homelessness or first step in getting out of homelessness.

A Fresh Start in Elliot Park

2026 got off to a great start for Pat. After leaving drug treatment in summer 2025 she found herself without stable housing. Despite Pat’s initial belief she didn’t qualify to live at Kyle Garden Square, she moved into her own home there on New Year’s Eve.

At Kyle Garden Square (...) onsite Alliance partners Touchstone Mental Health and PSS, our property management partner, are there every step of the way and made the move-in process easy for Pat. Now Pat has a warm, safe place from which to launch the rest of her life.
