Questions About Eligibility, Housing, or Supportive Services?
Alliance's smaller buildings are managed by our Alliance team, they can be reached at info@alliancehousinginc.org or 612-870-2267.
Our larger apartment buildings are managed by PSS, some have supportive services provided by Touchstone Mental Health. Please contact those buildings directly at the contacts listed for information on vacancies, eligibilty, subsidies, and any other questions.
Our apartments are located in North and South Minneapolis.
There are no subsidies in our smaller buildings, but they are deeply affordable. Our larger apartment buildings offer some subsidies, please contact the individual property for more information.
We are not a Housing Support/GRH provider, but we will accept payments from a Housing Support/GRH provider.

For our smaller buildings your monthly income must be 2x rent amount, maximum income will depend on the unit, in some cases may be 30% or 50% of the Hennepin County Median Income.
