Your gift to Alliance helps provide deeply affordable housing to Minneapolis residents who need it. Donations allow us to keep rents as low as possible while keeping our buildings safe and maintained and allowing staff to provide relational property management to residents, create more homes, and work to impact governmental policies. For more information on our budget, please see our most recent 990.
As a 501(c)3 organization, all donations to Alliance Housing are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
Yes! If you donate online, you will receive an emailed receipt. All donations receive a mailed receipt within 1-2 weeks. For DAF or QCD donations, please consult your fund administrator for a receipt.
Yes! We partner with Bloomerang for online donations. Their donation form is hosted securely on their website. For more information on the security of their forms please visit their website: Donate Securely Through Bloomerang.
Alliance understands how important personal data is. We use Bloomerang for our CRM (customer relationship management) database, and all financial information is processed through their secure form. These gifts may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our Director of Development, Craig Freeman, at cfreeman@alliancehousinginc.org to discuss.
In kind donations are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please see our current wish list here. There are times we may accept larger items like furniture. However, since we are a small staff, we prioritize staff capacity when accepting donations.
