Our Leadership
In 2022, Jessie became only the 3rd Executive Director in Alliance’s now 35-year history. Jessie got her start in housing as a social worker and now brings that mentality to leading the Alliance team as we create homes, provide compassionate support to residents, and work to change policies and systems that create housing instability. A lifelong Minneapolis resident, Jessie loves to get away Up North with her family.
As Alliance’s Senior Property Manager since 2024, Mike brings decades of experience to leading our Property Management Team. From routine maintenance to the leasing process with new residents, Mike and his team work to build relationships with residents and neighbors that lead to long-term stability for all. Away from the office, Mike loves to travel, particularly to visit his adult children.
As Director of Development, Craig is in charge of all fundraising and communications at Alliance. After more than a decade as an attorney, Craig made the switch to fundraising at local housing organizations before joining Alliance in 2024. Outside work, Craig can often be found attending live music or at MNUFC matches.
After a long career in finance at for profit companies, Cliff joined Alliance as its Controller in 2024. In this position, Cliff oversees all financial and accounting processes at Alliance including compliance, reporting, budging, and forecasting. When not hard at work, Cliff spends as much time as possible with his family and beloved corgi.
